  • Celtic New Year celebration on 1st November at 7pm in Napton churchyard

    Celtic New Year Celebration

This celebration marks that time of year when “summer goes to rest” and the “darker” half of the year begins.  We think about darkness, death and decay as the clocks change, trees and plants die back and animals go into hibernation.  As Christians we look for hope in the darkness. There will be a time for reflection and to be drawn into God’s presence within his created world.
  • Stockton Church will be warm and open for a free hot drink and company over the winter every Sunday afternoon until 5pm, all day Mondays and Tuesday afternoons until 5pm.
