On Easter Saturday Pam organised an Easter egg hunt in and around St Lawrence, Napton. She and Dick did an amazing job of hiding eggs in every available space, so much so that we will be finding them for a while yet. Several families came to take part in the hunt, one en route from Orkney!! Jayne organised some craft activities and everyone had the chance to make baskets for the children to collect eggs in. The grown-ups were well looked after with a plentiful supply of coffee and cakes. It was lovely to have a buzzing church for a good couple of hours. It was a funny sight, seeing the volunteers on the cleaning rota attempting to clean the church with all this activity going on. Over £50 was raised towards St Lawrence. Thank you to everyone who got stuck in from the Egg Hunt organisers to cleaners and flower arrangers.
